Building
off of the tremendous success of our Children’s Shows, we have
developed a very fun and very effective Team Building program.
It all started when the teachers at the child care centers wanted to
experience
the sheer fun that the children were experiencing!
We stay away
from boring team building clichés and provide unique
activities to promote bonding. But most of all, we simply provide
some genuine fun for employees to share with one another.
We
can consult with you before our visit to identify any issues
that you’d like us to key on. Or, you may decide to just provide
the opportunity for your employees to have fun together without
any kind of a job-related issued covered. We understand that
it can be very effective
to completely remove work issues and keep them separate from
a great time away from your normal duties.
The event itself includes
camping-related games and a strategy
game (where teamwork is essential), a relaxation technique
and some other surprises.
Since our success started years ago with a Camping & Hiking
show, we’ve decided to keep this the general theme of the
event.
Typically, we come to you, but we could meet off-site
if you choose. Often times, we are invited during a training day
or on a typical
workday. A great advantage to having us, is that it’s a
relatively short (1 – 2 hours) presentation. You can have
us for an extended lunch, during work hours or at the end of the
day.
We don’t require a great deal of space—maybe
a meeting room or two…it depends on the number of employees
involved. A typical show is given to approximately 5 to
30 employees. If you have more, we
can give more than one presentation. We will consult with
you to go over all of the logistics, including price.
